Annet Mahendru
Mahendru is the daughter of an Russian mother and a Hindu Indian father in Afghanistan. She fluently speaks German Russian English. Annet Mahendru has a Russian-Indian father. In her early teens, she created a choreography that gained her an appearance on German TV as a graceful Russian snow maiden who transforms into a playful Indian dancer. The girl graduated high school within New York before earning a Bachelor of Arts (English) at St. John's University. In college, she attended acting classes at the HB Studio but then left to study improvisation at The Groundlings School taking on several comedy-related projects afterward. The actress was born by her parents in Kabul Afghanistan, to Hindu-Indian Ghanshan Kenne Mahendru (father) as well as Russian Olga (mother). She moved into East Meadow New York, together with her father after she was 13, and is now starring alongside Matthew Rhys and Keri Russel on FX's The Americans. Television actress best known for her role as former KGB agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova on FX's The Americans.
